Dr Patel qualified from King’s College London in 2010. She went on to further complete MJDF in 2011 and is now a member of the Royal College of Surgeons.
As well as practising general dentistry, Dr Patel has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry. She is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists (BACD), and continues in postgraduate education to enhance her knowledge and skills.
Pratima has gained a Certificate in Restorative Dentistry from the Tipton Institute and a second Certificate in Operative Dentistry. This is used to provide patients with up-to-date minimally invasive dentistry, which allows the preservation of as much natural teeth as possible. She is also a certified provider of Inman aligner and Cfast tooth alignment systems.
After qualifying, she spent her following years working within general practice. Her enthusiastic and friendly nature has appealed to all patients including the elderly, children and those who are anxious. She adopts a holistic approach to patients and prides herself at being able to convert highly anxious patients into regular attenders.
Pratima’s philosophy is to spend time with patients, explaining and showing outcomes, to create bespoke treatment plans tailored specially to each individual patient’s needs. In her spare time Pratima enjoys travelling.
She is also a certified provider of Inman aligner and Cfast tooth alignment systems. Pratima is an accredited providor of invisalign which we now offer at Risborough Dental practice. Pratima has a keen interest and passion towards aesthetic and short term orthodontics.
DR. SHRADHA PATEL

Shradha qualified from Birmingham Dental School with a distinction in clinical dentistry and has always strived to complete excellent dentistry. Her calm, empathetic and thorough approach has gained her a loyal following with patients.
She was awarded the North Central London Dental Foundation prize for best case presentation as well as gaining prizes for two of her poster presentations, early on in her career. She has presented nationally within the dental profession.
Shradha is currently working part time in hospital as a speciality dentist within the field of oral surgery within a maxillofacial department. Dr Patel has experience with anxious patients, has an extremely comforting and relaxing chair side manner.
Shradha is pursuing post graduate qualifications and experience within facial aesthetics and hopefully implants in the future. She works part time at the practice and can be booked in with prior appointment or with private referral. Underdoing further postgraduate education to obtain formal qualifications for the placement and restoration of dental implants.
